1. What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit/debit and PayPal payments.

2. What are your working hours?

We are open daily from:

10:00 am – 11:00 pm (Working days)

10:00 am – 12:00 am (Weekends)

3. Can I make a purchase in your store?

Yes. Our store is located in The Dubai Mall, Ground Floor. The closest parking is P3 Fashion Parking. We have a variety of Leica Cameras and Sport Optics available in our showroom for walk-in customers.

You may also make a purchase online through the website.

4. What is your pre-order policy?

Due to high demand, sometimes items may not be immediately available for purchase. Therefore, to give you the chance to purchase one of these items, we accept pre-orders which can be placed

Online or by emailing or calling us and requesting to be put on the waiting list.

5. Do you offer any warranty on the equipment purchased?

Yes. We offer warranty for each purchased equipment which varies depending on the type of the equipment.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship only in the Middle East region. Please check if your country is covered.
